The Caesar Creek Dam has a wonderful view! The Caesars creek dam was built for recreation, flood/storm control, and water supply. The dam controls the water level with a spillway that opens and closes and has a basin that slows down the water. The dam also has a control tower Construction of began in 1971 and in 1976 the dam was finished.  This dam isn’t used for electricity but just to control the water level.
